Блазар СТА 102 в настоящий момент находится в ярчайшей вспышке.
Наш коллега проф. Алан Маршер из Бостонского университета посвятил этому событию и нашим наблюдателям песню: CTA102 Vspyshka
Приятного прослушивания!

We perform optical photometric and polarimetric monitoring of a sample of gamma-bright blazars using 0.7-m AZT-8 telescope (Crimean Astrophysical Observatory) and 0.4-m LX-200 telescope (St.Petersburg), as a part of WEBT/GASP project. Confirming X-ray and UV Swift data reported in ATel#9629 , we report that OJ 287 reached R=12.96 in the night of 2016 October 18, TJD 57680.64. This is the highest value that we observed during our monitoring of this blazar since 2002. R band light curve for OJ 287 can be seen on our web-page.

Confirming the Agile ATel#9450 , we report that PKS 1510-089 reached R=14.26 in the night of 2016 September 03, TJD 57635.2. This is 1.5 mag brighter than the quiescence level of this season. R band light curve for PKS 1510-089 can be seen on our web-page.

We perform optical and near-infrared monitoring of selected gamma-bright blazars using 40-cm LX-200 (optical, St.Petersburg, Russia), 70-cm AZT-8 (optical, Crimea) and 1.1-m AZT-24 (near-infrared, Campo Imperatore, Italy), as a part of WEBT/GASP project. We report that blazars S5 0716+71 and B3 1633+38 (=4C 38.41) demonstrate violent activity during last nights, both being brighter than ever during last ten years. S5 0716+71 brightened in J band from 11.71 to 10.54 mag from 2014 December 23 (our last pre-outburst observation) to 2015 January 15. In R band it brightened from 12.40 (2015 January 14) to 11.80 (January 16). B3 1633+38 reached a value of J=12.99 (2015 January 15), as compared to J=16.26 at 2014 October 25. Its optical brightening is also reported by Danilet et al., ATel#6930 . Our preliminary NIR light curves may be seen for B3 1633+38 at this page and for S5 0716+71 here. Current high activity state of these blazars deserves close attention in all wavelengths.
